Held over two days with your Executive team we will facilitate a program which draws ‘fuzzy’ ideas into distinct, easy to follow, easy to present and measurable outcomes.
The workshop is designed to be interactive with the use of proven methods which take your thinking and articulate it in a few pages and via a few key statements, we spend much of our time on our feet pulsing in and out of broad ideas to priorities, checking in on your vision regularly. Importantly the facilitation also ensures all participants have a say, either verbally, through ‘post It’s’ or voting.
We will first workshop your core Purpose, what you are best in Your World at and then your Economic Engine. This is designed to ensure the business knows why’s it exists and then what your customers would lose if you didn’t exist. This is an important step before building the business plan on a page.
